DO NO BUY!!! Why does Target allow itself to partner with vendors who sell UNSAFE products that EXPOSE USERS TO CANCER-CAUSING TOXIC SUBSTANCES??? Now I find they can’t be returned to that vendor. Now I’m out $14, plus taxes. This is not right. :-(
