After waiting over a week to receive this garland, and paying $7.49 each for 3 packages of 12 feet of garland I expected to have an abundance to decorate my 5ft. tree and my mantle. When I saw that it came in one small and not full envelope I did not think that I was going to be pleased, when I opened the envelope, I was shocked that Target would allow something like this to be sold on their site. Aside from it being a 12 foot length, the quality of this garland is something I would expect to see at a Dollar tree store (see photo with strand of garland next to inkpen.) I am returning garland and will not buy anything like this online again.
