Love the look, but does retain water
I bought this for the pattern, not realizing that the darker borders were a soft, fuzzy material. I was a little skeptical of having this outside based on that, but it seems to be holding up so far. The only downside is that the fuzzy borders retain wetness a lot longer than desired after rain.
