I purchased it to help me go to sleep faster. When I went to the dentist they took my blood pressure and it was lower. I wonder if it could be because of the GABA.

This is the best thing I've found to give me a sense of calm and peace without making me feel groggy or "out of it". It definitely works to lift my spirits and give me a better outlook. It also helps me to take some before an event or occasion that I know is going to be stressful. I carry some in my purse when we travel.

After chewing this tablet, you get soon a calming effect. The only thing that's not fine is the taste! A bit too much in my view. Therefore only 4 stars. I use it before bedtime, in my cocktail with others...
