So far so......ok
I’ve been taking this diligently for approximately 30 days now. There is a definite difference in my energy, quite improved! However, nothing yet significantly has changed regarding the intended purchase of this, my brain. Ha! Either I’m too far gone for help or I just need to continue this a little longer to see any affects. So I’m reserving my complete rating until I’ve had at least another bottle.

Maybe it works?
Hard to say if it helps reduce inflammation or not. Sort of like rogaine, once you start using it you’re reluctant to stop because maybe it is doing some good but you can’t really tell.

Best for the brain
This is the only form of curcumin that has been proven to penetrate the blood brain barrier (aka Longvida curcumin). Additionally, it seems to have better absorption into the peripheral tissues. Get it on sale and you'll get a very good price.
