I have been very pleased with this product, as with several other NOW products that I have tried and now order regularly. NOW products are well packaged and seem to stay fresh a long time. This product i take before bedtime with Swanson Sleep Essentials for a good night of sleep.

I tried this supplement recently, but I kind of felt like it made me irritable. I'm still not sure if that is what was making me feel that way, but I stopped taking it. I do really like the NOW foods brand, and Swanson has the absolute best prices on it.

If GABA could speak, it would say: move over NIKE, and JUST DO IT! GABA doesn't keep one catatonic, nor does it slow the thinking process. It does the exact OPPOSITE. It assists one in lassoing that personal sense of Zen. It provides me time to actually count to 10 before I let loose those guns a blazin'! Now GABA is a veggie cap and breaks down easily in the system. It encourages an already naturally occurring event of the brain allowing for mainstream flow that some of us may lack.
