My body does not like ginger
I wanted to take this supplement for a variety of reasons, but especially digestion. With one a day at lunchtime, this does not suit me. It does the opposite of what it is supposed to. Heartburn, upset, aftertaste. I love the NOW quality, so I am not disparaging them. I will go to NOW brand for other things. Ginger does not agree with me.

Great for easing my tummy before breakfast time, also really helps curve my appetite, and price is very reasonable as most of Swanson's name brand products they carry for the kosher eater. Swanson you are an asset to my family's well being.
