I love that they are unsalted and hence can be used in a lot of recipes. You can even make your own Almond milk out of it. They are just perfect for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely inhaled these! They have great flavor and one bag is enough for so many recipes and happy snacks. The fact that they are unsalted, organic and have no added oils means they are perfect to make almond milk with.... which is what I've been doing. Almond milk: Soak 1/4 - 1/2 cup overnight, drain, then add a 5:1 water to almond ratio and blend for a few minutes. Strain and you will have the CREAMIEST almond milk of your life. I literally cannot go back to store bought almond milk, the flavor is so good. If you're feeling extra energetic you can also dry out the almond meal that's left over and use it to top oatmeal.
