Excellent product for good health.
This is an excellent health product. Whole psyllium husks help keep the digestive tract work well and also help keep cholesterol levels in a healthy range. I would recommend this product to anyone with constipation issues or low HDL cholesterol. It's easy to take in a shake or mixed with juice.

Works well, but with some caveats
If you’re having constipation issues, this will certainly help. However, I have some advice to make your experience better than mine was. 1. Do not mix with water like the packaging says. The water will become extremely thick and it will be very unpleasant to drink. Instead, I mixed it with some yogurt and honey. 2. Don’t expect this product alone to solve your constipation issues unless you’re taking more than the recommended dose. This is simply a way to meet your daily fiber content faster since psyllium husk contains so much fiber. But if you only take the recommended amount of this and don’t eat any other fiber, don’t expect any movements.
