I've had my sprouting jar for years and now it's time to change the lid. I can not find a lid anywhere to fit this jar. It would be great if you guys would create a plastic lid for this 64oz wide mouth jar. I have a small clientele that purchase my sprouts and the large is very convenient, but to keep production flowing I don't have time for worrying about rust.

Nice jar!
It's the perfect sprouting jar for me, love the wide lid. Somehow there doesn't seem to be products out there that are superior. (if only I could find the lids sold separately)

Great idea but be careful
Be careful when sterilizing the bottle with boiling water it will explode. Likely no one got hurt. We have since started using mason jars, even though they are not as big.

It is not recommended to pour boiling water into our sprouting jars. To prevent the glass from cracking, you should avoid extreme and abrupt changes in temperature. We do recommend washing the jar in hot, soapy water (or in the dishwasher) and using ¼ teaspoon of citric acid each time you rinse your sprouts.
