After standing or walking for long hours, my feet tend to feel swollen, sore, and tense. Just a small amount in warm water is enough to feel their effect. The feeling is almost instant — relaxing, calming, and incredibly soothing. What I love most is how they not only help reduce inflammation and discomfort, but they also leave my skin feeling soft and smooth after each soak. It’s like treating myself to a mini spa at home. I haven’t yet used them in a full bath, but it’s definitely something I want to try soon for a full-body benefit. For now, I’m more than happy with how much they help my feet recover — I honestly look forward to my evening soaks with these. They also help a ton with muscle relaxation. I lift five days a week, and a bath with these really helps release any built-up tension. They’re easy to use, and there’s hardly any scent, which I actually liked. The 26.5 oz bag is pretty big, so you get a good number of uses out of it. As a foot soak, it softens your feet a lot, even more than a full bath, since it’s more concentrated. I’d definitely recommend giving this product a try if you want smoother skin and better tension relief in your baths!
