High dose methyl folate, easy to swallow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High dosage and generous quantity make this an effective and good value methyl folate. I like that it will last me a long time. The pills are a good size, easily swallowed, but big enough to break in two if needed. I do notice a boost in mental energy when I take these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this is a small pill and easy to swallow. I also love that it is a one a day pill. These are great if you carry the mthf gene which runs in our family. It is 25,000mcg of folate.
