I have taken lions mane for a while and enjoy the benefits, so the switch was seamless because I also enjoyed the size and the smell/taste (mushroomy but unpretentious).

I was excited to give these a try. Unfortunately, I may have had an unusual reaction first I became really bloated and gassy from these then about a week after taking them my eyelid started to twitch. I had a twitch in my eyelid for two days. I stopped taking them and within 24 hours my eyelid stopped twitching. They didn't taste bad or anything, but I didn't think they worked how they should.

It’s suppose to be the best natural supplement for brain and health. It can take up to 2-4 weeks to notice a change. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks now and haven’t not noticed a difference however I am continuing to take them. The one negative is the size of the pills. If you have a hard time taking pills this might not work for you. I will update in a couple of weeks for any changes I notice.

It does work if you consistently take it and take it all during the day as specified. It doesn't give me any side effects. No weird taste after digestion. The pills are quite large so if you have issues with swallowing pills, these you may have a problem with. Bottle won't last long with having to take 3 a day. End of the day, would I buy them? Yes

They’re organic which is great but what I don’t like is they are made with a seed oil and that’s not ideal. I haven’t noticed any difference while taking them but its been about 2 weeks so I may need to give it more time. I don’t notice any distinct unbearable taste. The packaging is as expected for a supplement brand.

They don’t have a taste because they’re in capsules form. They came well packaged and the size of the vitamins works for him. I couldn’t take them due to the size is too big for me to swallow. However he likes them so we give them a thumbs up 👍🏾
