I started having heartburn all day after taking them in the evening. Could be a coincidence but it died back down after I stopped taking them. Also, the serving size is 5 capsules! Who has the patience to swallow 5 large pills every time (spoiler: not me)? Overall not worth whatever benefits I might get from them.

It also helps with jeart health and mild anxiety. Overall, these are a great supplement. My ONLY complaint is the requirement of 5 pills daily. When one is a bit older and already takimg supplements or meds, thats a lot to add on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m glad that these are vegan capsules, however, a serving size is five capsules, and I think that’s a bit much. There’s no real taste to it however, the capsule is a medium size pill so if you’re not used to taking bigger pills than it is a little bit harder to swallow. The package is really nice especially the cap because it is a fliptop. It was a little bit hard for me to swallow and I’m only doing one pill a day just because five capsules all within the same time is a little too much.

I don't know, a bit of a flavor, but not unpleasant. I like that they are pills that are easier to swallow. It's a good value for all the capsules it comes with, and I like the lid. I don't feel sleepy when I take it and my muscles are still just as weak. I don't know how long it takes for this supplement to take effect.

I heard that the magnesium would help, but I didn't know where to start or which type of magnesium would be best. Until this wonderful product came into my hands, and from the first week, I began to notice how much more relaxed I felt. Now I've been taking it for several weeks and I can sleep better. It's even helped me with constipation. The best thing is that I haven't felt any side effects, which is a plus for me to stick with this magnesium. The only thing I don't like is that the pills are a bit big and the daily dose is five capsules, but it's worth it when you start to feel the good results. Highly recommended.

If you are like me, I take enough pills in the morning, is it worth 5 big capsules a day? In my opinion, no it’s not. I can find similar dosing in 2-3 pills. I have been recommended to take Magnesium by my doctor. I have been looking at several brands/versions. While I appreciate the Nutri brand, this is one I think I will pass on. I don’t recommend it, I think there are equally potent, cheaper versions that I will buy in the future. I did receive this bottle at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.
