I gave 5 bcz there are no side effects such as feelings of nausea. I can only hope the compounds of the vitamin are doing their best to provide me required nutrients, especially since I am on the aged end 😄 when the body can no longer produce and/or retain sufficient levels.

As an athlete, this supplement fills the void of most, if not all of my magnesium needs. It'd be the perfect supplementation *if* the daily dosage was ramped up a bit, but again, it meets the requirements for my lifestyle.

This magnesium complex is the best product I’ve tried so far. I take it for anxiety and restless sleep. It’s a game changer for me. I stopped taking it for a while because I forgot and I could tell a huge difference. I will continue to take this daily as part of my wellness journey.
