I’ve been taking this magnesium glycinate for about a month now, and I can honestly say it’s made a real difference. I’m in perimenopause and had been feeling easily agitated, stressed, and just “on edge.” After doing some research about ways to lower cortisol naturally, I decided to give this supplement a try — and I’m so glad I did. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed I was more calm and patient, even in situations that would normally frustrate me. I also fall asleep much easier at night and stay asleep longer, which has been a huge bonus. The bottle suggests taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night, but I’ve only been taking 2 in the morning and still feel a big difference. It’s gentle on my stomach and doesn’t make me groggy. I have purchased this product several times, always comes double sealed and clean, I enjoy the veggie caps both in substance and size, and the product seems to work for me and my body systems.

I like that this product comes in capsule form and that the capsules are small. Many times magnesium can be large pills that are hard to swallow.
