Will keep on hand
This product worked extremely well for me and helped me get through a very bad situation. I could actually feel it working with each repeated dosing, and I felt completely better in about 2 days but will continue a low maintenance dose and keep this on hand. Search online for dosing recommendations related to diverticulitis. I will buy the max strength next time, as I required 2 pills for each dose to be effective. Much better for me than dealing with the liquid which is very bitter tasting.

Why I regularly take grapefruit seed extract each day
When I was young I was diagnosed by allergist as having chronic allergic pharyngitis. I first learned of this product in newsletter from a doctor who searches the world for helpful natural health aids. I learned then (as confirmed by other sources later) that grapefruit seed extract is considered a natural antibiotic and is used internationally by physicians aid their patients. I find it effective in preventing infections as well as treating them. .

The pill form is much easier to get down than the liquid form. But I believe this to be a well made product (as well as the liquid form).

Best way to take internally
I bought this product because I am already aware of the benefits of GSE and have used its liquid form, but to take it internally is bitter and gross, no matter how I would try to dilute it. The convenience of the pill is great - no more bad taste. I rate it 4 instead of 5 in some areas just because I can't say for sure that I am taking it to relieve anything, but I feel that it is beneficial to my health.
