Good product for the time used
I actually really loved using this product. It works great and is super co convenient if you don’t want to drag out a larger kitchen appliance to steam things. Unfortunately one day while steaming eggs the lid cracked in 2 places and it’s about a year outside warranty. . I’m hoping they will offer some way to purchase just a lid replacement since the unit is otherwise still solid.

Problems
It's the third time I've used it and it doesn't work anymore, it doesn't leave me steamed fruits or vegetables. I'm following the instructions as they are in the manual

Lid breaks easily, no replacement.
Plastic lid broke just with normal usage, didn't even use this device often and I'd always take precautions to let the equipment cool completely before cleaning. Warranty was useless. Now I have a useless steamer with no lid that will just get thrown into a wasteland.

Amazing product! When it works...
The product itself is fantastic, we love it and it worked great! That is the problem it worked great for about a month and then would not allow you to change the setting and is leaking constantly.

Cute but not worth it
Honestly over priced steamer. It’s cute and got the job done while it worked.. which was for 7 months. Don’t waste your money on it. Just get a basic one off another site at a better value that’ll last longer.

I bought this model to replace my old Nutribullet Baby and lasted a few cycles, called the warranty number and got a replacement, the replacement lasted one cycle and it stopped working the plastic case melted underneath.

Really love the steamer to make homemade baby food easy to use and cleaning it isn’t hard either. Works best if cut foods into smaller sections if doing like carrots are a harder veggie. Otherwise it will take a lot longer.

Stopped working- only steams at setting (1)!
The old version GREEN one is the one that last and works. Same with the steamer. I had both steamer and this baby bullet in GREEN (the old version) when I had my first baby in 2019 and it’s still going. However, I just had my second baby who is 3 months old and I got the new version in (BLUE) at my baby shower and it is totally not the same… the steamer stopped working, as it only lets me steam at setting 1, and the button won’t let me change the steaming setting, and the baby bullet is horrible at blending. So strange that the quality declined immensely while keeping the same aesthetic on the outside (besides the color). Thus, I am very dissatisfied and will be returning the new ones and shopping elsewhere for something the make baby meals.
