Q: Hello, I would like to use this blender in Jamaica their voltage is 120volts at 50 hertz(hz) is it possible with this blender? ( i cannot see the voltage requirements on this product page)
A: Thank you for your email. The NutriBullet sold in the United States is designed to work with the North American electrical specifications of 120 volts only. We do not recommend nor warranty using the NutriBullet with adaptors or voltage converters as this is considered a modification to the unit which can yield unpredictable voltages that could cause damage to the motor base or components.
