Gasket came out of the blade assembly the first week after purchse. Nutribullet states it's covered under warranty but the blade assembly is out of stock and won't be available for 6-8 weeks. Instead of sending me the blade assembly when it is available, they put the responsbility on me to reach back out in 6-8 weeks to get the blade assembly ordered.

this is the 4th or 5th nutribullet I have owned. with this one it takes longer for smoothie with banana to liquify the banana. i thought of moving up to 1000 watts, but did not think I had to. I have also given at least 4 nutribullets to friends or colleagues. love the product in general, disappointed with this one.

I've been making smoothies every morning for about 9 years. This is my third or 4th one. They are fantastic. The seal on this one is already starting to leak which is unusual. I use it to make soups, sauces and more as well. It is well used!

This is the best blender. It's great for a morning smoothie, powerful & easy to clean. I used to use a Magic Bullet that would take me 30 minutes just to add all my ingredients. This is 10 minutes tops. Just wonderful

Nearly daily use in the home for 19 months and it's done. Bearings sound like they're worn out. I make mostly blended coffee drinks for me, sometimes two a day. If I had to guess, I'd say 400-500 uses before pulling the plug on it.

Owned 5 Nutribullets over 11 years. They all eventually leaked and died. Whatever (I used it every day, so I expected as much). Nonetheless, based on recent experience, I will never buy another one. The last one that I bought died and was replaced in its entirety by Nutribullet. Nice. (I bought all of the others myself). However, after 1 month, the o-ring then fell out of the replacement and my dog then broke and tried to eat it after it fell to the floor. I called NB to get a replacement o-ring, but was told that o-rings are only sold in conjunction with the blending knives piece, and that I would have to pay for it! (it fell out after one month!). The CS people are very nice, but can only implement corporate policy. I'm totally done with Nutribullet.

This leaks both inside and all over the machine. It's a nightmare to clean. I screw the top on as tightly as I can, but it still leaks.

Good while it lasted. Burning, smoking -- black particles all over. Motor/gear dislocated and completely damaged. NutriBullet's quality has gone WAY down over past few years. Will not purchase again.

The rubber casing of the blades snapped after being used only a few times. I was very careful to follow the directions and use correct amount of ingredients. Very disappointed to have spent so much money on this product.
