Q&A(17)

Q: Is this product vegan and cruelty free?

submitted by Rosie Ruiz - 1 year ago
  • A: Thank you for your interest in our cleaning products. We are proud to share that our products are 100% cruelty-free. This means that we do not conduct any animal testing at any stage of our PACS development. In addition to being cruelty-free, we are deeply committed to environmental sustainability. Our PACS are made with 97% naturally derived ingredients that are safe for both your home and the planet. While our products are cruelty-free, we want to be transparent that they’re not vegan certified, however they are free of animal substances.

Q: Can these be used with the new flat mop system?

submitted by unhappypappy15 - 5 months ago
  • A: I thought it was 2 teaspoons of cleaner?

submitted byJem - 4 months ago
  • A: We recommend one PAC per 1.6 gallons (6 liters) of water, which is the typical volume of most mop buckets. Unfortunately, the volume of the water in the H2Pro flat mop will not fully dissolve the Pac. We recommend two Tbs of cleaning solution in the H2Pro Flat Mop system.

Q: Hi, I read the PACs are great at cleaning but do not disinfect. What can be used to disinfect along with these PACs without comprising thier cleaning ability?

submitted by Mom of 4 kids and 4 pets - 2 months ago
  • A: While our O-Cedar PACs are perfect for everyday cleaning and leave your floors sparkling, they are not disinfectants. If you're looking to disinfect, feel free to use your preferred disinfecting cleaner with your O-Cedar mop. Just follow the cleaner’s label instructions for best results—and keep those floors fresh and germ-free!

Q: Is this compatible with the new H2OprO Flat Mop system?

submitted by Mommaof5 - 5 months ago
  • A: Hi! We don’t recommend using PACS with the H2prO, as they will not fit through the opening of the water tank and will result in too high of concentration. It’s best to stick with mixing with a liquid cleaner for optimal performance. PACS is best used with a mop and bucket system. ❤️

Q: Is this product pet-safe?

submitted by Bill - 6 months ago
  • A: Yes, PACS are a safe choice in floor cleaning. PACS are formulated with naturally-derived ingredients and do not contain any harsh chemicals. However, remember to keep them stowed away out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, seek medical attention.

Q: Would eliminate cat urine smell?

submitted by JB - 7 months ago
  • A: PACS are general floor cleaners, and their pH-balanced formula can help neutralize pet odors. However, since the effectiveness can vary depending on your floor's texture and material, we recommend testing it on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure desired results. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any further questions! We're here to help!

Q: Is it safe for LVP flooring and will it leave a film?

submitted by Jules - 8 months ago
  • A: Hi Jules! PACS can be used on all hard-finished floor surfaces, including luxury vinyl. Do not use on unfinished, oiled, waxed wooden floors or any water-sensitive floor surfaces. If unsure, test on an inconspicuous area. Additionally, PACS should not leave a film on the floor when diluted with water, using the recommended volume of 1.6 Gallons of water with 1 PACS.
