Sucralose Bummer
Just finding out that sucralose is in this and will not buy again. I like many realize the number of articles talking about the problem of sucralose and glucose management. 50% less sugar should not mean adding sucralose. It also contributes to headaches because sucralose screws up the glucose management of the body. If I could give a negative star I would do so.

I am disappointed and feel tricked
While i did not find the taste of the product "horrible" like so many other reviewers, i was very disappointed and felt tricked to discover there was artificial sweetener used. This is something i avoid in all products, and i wish i had looked more carefully at the ingredients. But trusted that "less sugar" was really less sugar and not added artificial sugar. I will not purchase this again, but i will continue to buy the Original Craisins, which we have been enjoying for years. I would like to suggest that Ocean Spray try producing a Craisin with significantly less sugar without an artificial sweetener. I think many of your loyal customers would give that a try even if it meant a bit more of a puckery taste.

Love craisins, hate sucralose and deceptive label
Can “less sugar” just mean the reduction of the amount of sugar and not that we have deceptively added a chemically altered compound? This preys upon patients/people that are trying hard to lose weight, manage glucose levels, and live a healthy lifestyle. Sucralose is associated with insulin resistance and other concerning health risks. Ocean spray, from a physician’s plea, please do better.

Less sugar to Ocean Spray means chemical sweetener
I purchased the 50% less sugar cranberries with the assumption that less sugarfmeansc they’d be less sweet. They tasted funny, chemically. Who would think that they contained sucralose- especially when it’s touted on the bag that there are no artificial flavors or preservatives. But you use a chlorinated artificial sweetener. That is so deceptive! And reading through these reviews, you’ve been doing it for years. The rest of my 20oz bag is going in the trash

Great product!
Thanks for making this product! Yes, it has sucralose in it but I believe this offsets the tartness of the cranberries well. I don't think I would want more tart cranberries without some artificial sweetener added. These taste to me indistinguishable from the original, in a good way.

Not a fan of the sucralose
I was expecting something a little less sweet and more tart rather than artificially sweetened fruit. They’re not horrible but I really don’t like the weird sweetness profile of artificial sweeteners, I find they also leave a strange chemical aftertaste. These cranberries taste sad :(

Misleading label
Misleading label. Would not have purchased if I was aware that 50% less sugar meant the addition of the artificial sweetner SUCRALOSE.

Berries are awesome
I just purchased and used on my green (mixed spring) salad . They are fantastic. Nice and blimp ,not hard dried. They will be a nice treat on zero sodium oatmeal and in plain Greek yogurt.

Deceptive Label!!
Dear Ocean Spray, how dare you trick your consumers in thinking you had “no artificial” written on the front of your bag then proceed to have sucralose added to the ingredients?? How about clearly adding “Artificially Sweetened” on the front of your bag rather than “Less Sugar” which we all clearly thought when purchasing the bag?? Purchased these for the first time in a while to use in a cookie recipe, never expected to have been deceived by one of my favorite cranberry companies. After getting caught up with other reviews, you clearly continue not caring. Now I have a gigantic bag that I have to either throw away or inconveniently go back to the store and stand on an endless line to return!

Deceiving
Says less sugar, but then loaded up with artificial sweeteners. This is not right.

Bleah contains sucralose
I thought that this was healthy/natural being half sugar and for baking (so you can control the sugar) but it is actually a “diet” version of regular Craisins. Meaning it contains sucralose to make up for the half sugar. I wanted to taste the tart, not just reduce sugar. I don’t like the taste of artificial sweeteners so will need to give this away or trash it. Wish I’d read the ingredients more closely, the no artificials label is deceptive.

SHAKING MY HEAD
i too was fooled by the labeling. I thought I was buying something that simply just had less sugar but this product has an artificial sweetener. The after taste is disgusting and I had digestive issues after eating. How disappointing.

Remove Artificial Sugar
I like the taste of the low sugar Craisins although don’t want artificial sugar in my diet. Removing with Stevia could be an option.

Excellent lower sugar for salads & meal recipes
My diabetic Mom loves them in chicken salad & Ceasar salads. I appreciate the lower sugar and the ability to eliminate unnecessary sugar from the diet. My young niece likes him straight out of the bag. If people wanna taste a mouthful of sugar, then they should go back to the regular ones, but please don't just continue these they're a lifesaver being a little sweet and once menu. I I'm not diabetic and enjoy mixing them with roasted peanuts for a quick sweet n salty snack.
