Q: Mold/mildew started growing in my shoe rack that I put on my back covered patio. what is the best way to seal/protect it from moisture?
A: For the best care of your bamboo shoe rack, we recommend placing the shoe rack in an indoor environment as exposure to outdoor elements such as moisture or heat may damage the bamboo over time. Also, we recommend applying a solution of vinegar and/or lemon oil to the shoe rack to remove the mold.
