I like this shampoo for my fine hair, but it leaves a layer of build up in my scalp! I thought it was my water in my house so I put a filter in my shower head. Did not change the layer of build up that was looking like dandruff! I switched to a different shampoo by Attitude, and the flakes were instantly gone! I wanted to like this Odele shampoo, but it leaves too much build up

All Odele products are free from SLES + SLS sulfates, and as a result, our shampoos may not lather as much (or in the same way) as you are used to. That being said, all our shampoos (except for our Curl Defining No-Lather Shampoo) have a luxurious lather when used correctly. For the best results, we recommend rubbing the shampoo in your hands, adding water until you get a nice lather, then applying it to sopping wet hair. Give this a try and let us know how it works for you!

I switched to this product for the clean ingredients & I lost about 1/3 of my hair! I gave it a few weeks for a possible adjustment period but nope! Lost full brush amounts consistently, clogged the shower drain in 2 washes. Ended up tossing the bottle at 1/2 full because I couldn’t stand it any longer.

The Odele Volumizing Shampoo works with my hair type which is wavy and medium. My hair looks and feels thicker after using the shampoo. The shampoo has a clean scent and isn't too strong. I like that it doesn't weigh my hair down. The shampoo cleans my hair without stripping the hair from natural oils. It doesn't bubble a lot but lather well to clean each strand.

I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for two weeks now and it’s made a drastic difference in my hair. Originally, I was using this one brand for several years that actually caused my hair too thin and a lot of hair loss. And even within these two weeks, the shampoo and conditioner has made my hair have more volume and appear more fluffy! I wish It had a more pleasant scent, but I understand that they’re trying to be gender neutral. The smell is not terrible. I would just prefer something better smelling.
