This version that has extra muscle and digestive health support is very thin and watery and has a very different taste compared to the regular yogurt drink. I still think it taste pretty good.

This one is almost bitter tasting. The yogurt is creamy and the packaging is very convenient. For those who are a fan of most protein shakes on the market, you will probably enjoy this one. It is cheaper than similar products on the market, which is a plus. Personally, I wasn't a fan and will not be purchasing this again.

I enjoy Okios Greek yogurt and the drink is just as good and even more convenient for on the go.
