This is literally amazing. I don't like protein food and this is the first thing I've tried that doesn't TASTE like protein food. The ingredients are amazing for a big corp as well. I’d buy this in a pinch when I can’t make my own protein smoothie. I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavor but I would try the other flavors to see if I’d prefer them. Not a shelf safe shake that you can throw in a bag which is usually my preference to make the right decisions. I think it would make a great additive to a blended smoothly to get the good stuff and the creaminess.
