We are delighted that you like the scent however, we are sorry to hear that it did not lather as much as you’d like and that scent wasn’t strong enough. This is not what we would expect and we will pass your comments along to the Quality Assurance Team. There are several factors that contribute to a body wash not providing enough suds. For example, water hardness (which can be affected by weather conditions), cold water temperature, oil or grease on skin, formulation components, just to name a few. If you haven’t already, you might try using a mesh shower puff/sponge. Body washes lather best when used with a puff. Regarding the scent not being strong enough, when we design our products, we do extensive research and consumer testing to create features that we think you will love. We know that preferences can vary from person to person, though, so we really appreciate your taking the time to reach out.
