My girlfriend has been taking these. And she has gotten Skinnier which isn't bad at all. It makes her feel amazing and happy. But I have recently found out that she used to be built like prime Mimi and now I am in pure agony and despair. What have you done to my thick caribbean queen. I cannot forgive you for this. I've been using this for a week along with Olly's Combat Cravings and it seems to be working well. If you are looking to lose weight, this alone will not help, but with proper diet and exercise this just gives your metabolism that extra boost. I also find that I am not as tired as I was before taking these.

I was skeptical about it actually boosting my metabolism. However after just 3 weeks really of taking these everyday I noticed I was less bloated and I was looking slimmer all around. I think this works more for your digestion but it works for me and will keep taking it.

I went into these vitamin with no expectations. Usually I wake up starving but I’ve noticed that is no longer the case. I don’t start to feel hungry now until 11 or after. I literally don’t even think about eating in the morning anymore. For me, I’ve noticed a huge difference. More energy and just a light feeling all around. I’m still on my first bottle too!

I believe this has caused me to have swollen lymph nodes. Due to the high amount of chromium it has. I’ve never had swollen lymph nodes until today and had to research possibles causes
