These are not bagels - they’re dinner rolls with holes. I was excited by the prospect of healthier ingredients but in reality the macros really aren’t much better than any other regular store bought bagel. All this being said, I did enjoy these well-done in the toaster with non-dairy cream cheese & a generous sprinkle of everything seasoning. They get crunchy on the outside and stay chewy on the inside when they’re well toasted.
