For Opill® to be most effective, take one tablet at the same time every day, and no later than 3 hours from the time you took your tablet the day before. You should never skip a tablet or take a break between packs. When you finish one pack of 28 tablets, start the next pack the following day. It's important to take Opill® every day, even if you're on your period or have some spotting or bleeding between periods. Continue taking Opill® every day so that it will be working when you need it.

I appreciate this BC

I've been on this for almost a year now, extremely effective. I've tried them almost all except the IUD. This one makes my breasts hurt once a week a month and the first month on it I was bleeding strangely but I got it under control. I feel better than I ever have and it's very affordable. Not accidents! Thank you so much for making something that I can actually use!

Heavy period can be expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these daily oral contraceptives for three months now and they function pretty much like any oral contraceptive although this one specifically asks you to take it at the same time every day, which can be tricky if you have a busy schedule so I highly recommend picking a time that works for you and setting an alarm to be consistent. I also want to note that my period has been noticeably heavier which is normal for the medication but just be aware you might need to size up if you’re used to a light flow. Also, I’m not pregnant so I can confidently say they’re effective when taken as directed.

Opill was very convenient and very effective in keeping me from pregnancy. I didn’t experience harsh side effects — if anything tender breasts and cramps at first. The only complaint I have, which made me stop taking it was because I was getting recurrent UTIs. I know it’s common in oral contraceptives but 3 UTIs in the span of 2 months was a no for me.

i cant tell yet. almost 2 weeks now on it. i switched from the combination pill to this one. still struggling from hormonal withdrawals like lethargy and headaches. im hoping by the end my body will adjust to this pill. based on my research, this is less risky than the combination pill that i used to take.

Very irregular periods

I started taking this pill around a year ago now, it’s been mostly good other than the very irregular periods. In the beginning I had normal periods for about 2-3 months but then the longer I’ve been on it I started getting periods every week which personally is not for me. The only plus is I’m not pregnant. Don’t recommend if you have pcos as it only makes things worse but if you can’t afford to go to the gyno then this is a good solution.

Great option for OTC contraceptive
