This emergency contraceptive will not work if you are already pregnant and the sooner you take it after unprotected sex, the better it will work.

I actually went to the store and bought this. Not because it was cheaper but because they were out of plan b. I took this 18hours after i experience mild sharp pains in breast i was kind of worried it didn’t work. I took it around 40 hours after having a slip up during my fertile period. It worked, I’m not pregnant but I did get a bad UTI and I’m sure it’s because of this pill. I didn’t experience any cramping or bleeding or nauseassee moreof the reviewer's review

Bad side effects (hot flash, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, headache) started 10 minutes after taking it. 2 days later I got bad random cramps daily with some terrible nausea. Period was late 4 days. Good luck!
