The taste is great and not chalky at all, and I definitely noticed the hydration. This is a product I’ll be keeping in my workout routine.

The flavor is excellent — light, refreshing, and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to drink daily. It mixes smoothly with water without clumps. And the packaging is great! What I like most is the clean boost of energy it gives me before workouts. The 100mg of caffeine feels just right — enough to keep me focused and energized, but without the jitters or crash that stronger pre-workouts sometimes cause. When I first opened it it was have full and the container was really big so I will not buy this because I don't think this is a good value for your money. I also didn't see any difference while taking this product. So I would have to pass on the effectiveness on this one.

Thanks for the review! Amino Energy is filled by weight and not volume. There also needs to be room for scoopers and desiccant packets in the container. We recommend trying another flavor and letting us know what you think!
