It says to use 2 scoops but I thought 1 scoop was plenty for a light and refreshing flavor. It's only about half full of a container but I would buy this if I had a chance. It has 0 sugar and does have some caffeine plus nootropics to support focus. It was very easy to mix and comes in a lot of flavors

Also it doesn’t give you the stims but I can’t tell if I like that or not. My current pre workout gives me the stims slightly but not too much which I like. I’m also used to unflavored preworkout so this citrus flavor takes some getting used to. The taste is also quite chalky which makes it a little difficult to take down. I do like the packaging and that it comes with a little measuring scooper inside. Overall, I say this product is okay but I would not go out of my way to purchase.

This energy drink is really working to keep me up and moving, especially out in the heat with electrolytes and nootropics. The packaging, however is misleading as the container is only half full upon opening. Try it. This is a great dietary supplement but also has 100 mg of caffeine.
