barely feels like it's cleaning. Far too soft and gentle. OralB discontinued a previous version that I used that worked well.

These brushes do not last a reasonable amount of time. I’m actually thinking they are defective with the colored bristles fading in the matter of 1-2 weeks. The unit itself is ok, way too slippery!!!! Poorly designed!

And I love that the color fades when it’s time to replace it, no more guessing. If you have the iO toothbrush, these refills make the biggest difference. My teeth feel smoother, cleaner, and way fresher. 🦷✨

I usually by the 2 pack for $30, but saw the 4 pack for $34.95. The 2 pack usually last 3 months each or longer. I bought the 4 pack and just recently opened it. I changed the head on 9/19/2025. Exactly one month ago today. I now keep track of when they should be replaced. I included a picture. The one on the left is from the 2 pack after 2-3 months. The one on the right is after 1 month and will have to be changed soon. I will never buy the 4 pack again. I guess it is true. You get what you pay for, but thought they were the same brush, but they aren't. You can tell by the picture. I will be buying the two pack next time. At this point the 4 pack will last me 4 months, while the 2 pack lasts me 6 months. So it is cheaper to buy the 2 pack. I wouldn't recommend the 4 pack, but would definitely recommend the 2 pack. When I buy the two pack again. I will leave a review to see if it is just the 4 pack or both. Hope this helps. You aren't getting the deal you think by buying the 4 pack. I only buy my replacement heads from Target.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite toothbrush. I love these they give such a deep clean without being too aggressive. It really gets my gum line nicely and the small size makes it easy to reach around my wisdom teeth which is usually a hard spot to clean.

I would like to review this product but I never got it! I ordered in on August 22, 2025. I was supposed to get it on Sunday, August 24, 2025, but it never arrived. I don’t even have a tracking number now they took my money and now I have no item. Nice going Target.

Clean results, without any discomfort of being too harsh on my gums, and they’re a lot less expensive than other brands’ refills are

Dental hygienist here ! I not only use the iO series electric toothbrush but I recommend it to every single one of my patients! I absolutely love that the brush is soft and provides great stimulation for the gums. The only thing I will say, after you’re done brushing, make sure to rinse it well and take it apart from the toothbrush and allow it to dry properly or else it will get crusty.
