A: Oregon Chai does make a caffeine free chai product in a similar package although I do not see it on the Target web-site.
Tazo makes a similar product (Tazo Chai Decaf Tea Latte) which I have not tried personally and it is available on the Target web-site.
I don't know how much caffeine is in the regular Oregon Chai product, but from personal experience I would say 1 serving (4oz chai mixed with 4oz milk) is similar to a cup of well brewed black tea.
