Constant disappointment
This review doesn’t have anything to do with the chicken itself. It has to do with target not being able to keep products in stock and updating their in stock items! Every time I try to order some type of chicken from target it says you have it in your store and then I get a note back saying that it’s sold out! Every single time! It’s so frustrating to constantly try to order something when it’s out of stock but yet it shows it’s in stock! Get your crap together target and update your system so it shows what you have and what you don’t have!

Don't waste your money!
I used to love getting my organic chicken from target and then they changed it. I’ve tried this new chicken a few times and it’s a waste of money. You have to cut so much off of it which is wasting money and time. Most of the time, the chicken doesn’t smell fresh either. I’ve had to throw many chicken breasts away because they smell bad or don’t taste right. Don’t spend your money on this brand of chicken. Get foster farms or go somewhere else. Sadly, Good and Gather lacks in their meat and poultry.

Delicious, fresh-tasting chicken
Chicken was a great texture and trimmed very nicely. Did have a couple blood spots towards the bottom but these were easily cleaned off. Very tender and juicy once cooked. Sticker price was little more expensive than usual but I bought them on sale.

Truly horrible
The last thing any busy individual wants to do is spend 20 minutes cleaning what should be an already trimmed chicken breast and then having to throwing out half the weight that was paid for. Blood spots all throughout, was so disgusting that by the time I had cooked it I didn’t even want to eat it. And this is coming from someone who cooks with raw chicken 4-5 times a week.
