2. Add pasta and return to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3. Boil 9 to 11 minutes or until pasta is desired tenderness. Remove from heat; drain.

poorly packaged
This product may be tasty but it comes in a box that has no inner liner to protect the elbow noodles from contamination. The worst part is that it's really easy for anyone to poke fingers into the top of the box.

New Package No Longer Shows Made in Italy
The old package specifically showed "Made in Italy" on the front. The new one (now in a cardboard box) no longer carries that designation, despite it being shown in the website description. Although it is still non-GMO organic, we buy this because for us and several others, the Italian wheat seems to be what prevents gut issues, more than the organic part. Also, for us, cardboard packaging of grains opens up bug problems, so it will mean having to repackage to glass for us. A minor problem, but it means further handling on our end. Sadly disappointed about the missing Italian wheat designation.
