The psyllium pre probiotic fiber cinnamon spice is a great natural choice that doesn't effect the taste nor texture of my baked goods, and can easily be added into oatmeal, gf pancakes, yogurt, or added to fresh juices. We have been regular since using this product, that's saying a lot for my son who's had irregularity problems for years. This is a product we will be using for years to come

We made a vegan (plant- based) apple crisp and used this cinnamon instead of just regular ground cinnamon. It was so much better! I loved the flavor a lot more- sweeter- and it made our dessert pop! It is something we will use each morning for our oatmeal.

What drew me to this was the health benefits and the extra pre and probiotics. I wish the cinnamon flavor was a little stronger as it just tasted earthy to me. I keep experimenting with different recipes using this but it overall is good.

This was surprisingly really yummy! I had never used psyllium fiber before and I baked it into a few recipes and although I was not sure how to use it at first and ruined a few batches, I was able to learn that you only need a little amount of this to spread into a recipe. (This also makes it a great value for the quantity you receive). This really changes the texture of recipes, so if you are experimenting on your own recipe, start slowly and add little by little. I thought the cinnamon spice taste was not overwhelming and I actually wouldn't have minded a bit more of it! Very tasty and delicious!

My husband makes smoothies almost every day so I got this thinking he could add it in, but he likes it just mixed in plain water! He said it was like a chai tea. He also added it to his carbonated beverages and smoothie. I will be using it in my Thanksgiving pumpkin bars. Great flavor, great ingredients and it makes a difference that your body can feel.
