This seems to be helping my intestines more than pre- or pro-biotics which usually violently upset everything in my system. Also, I find that I don't need to use 2 tablets per day as recommended on the label at my age of 80. Rather, I find that one tablet every other day has beneficial results for promoting regularity without causing diarrhea so I am very pleased with the results and find it is helping to improve my eating habits resulting in weight loss.

I feel it help with bowel movements a little, seem like I'm more regular since taking those, could just be my change in diet. Didn't seem to improve digestion though, will finish the bottle but likely won't reorder.

This "Organic India" Triphala takes 2 weeks to start to work in the digestion system. Now that we have had two weeks for Triphala to work, all is well and great as it helps to reduce weight is one benefit. We will continue to use this product because of the many digestive and detoxin benefits. The Swanson Curry Powder is great as we do use it for cooking and other additions to our daily food.

Numerous studies demonstrate the positive effects of Triphala on the gastrointestinal tract and it's a potent antioxidant, protecting cells against the damaging effects of free radicals. Triphala is commonly used as a mild-acting internal cleanser and detoxifier. It supports liver and overall gastrointestinal function. I trust Organic India's quality and use their Neem and Liver/Kidney product. I also like that it's organic. I find this product helps keep my GI tract in good condition and I've never had any stomach or GI upset while taking it.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I just didn't like this product. Organic India is a good brand, they use organic ingredients, vegetarian capsules and no fillers, but this product is nothing else than cut herbs in a capsule, it gave me stomach problems. I prefer triphala extract or powder, much easier to digest and gives much better results.
