From pizza parties with friends to anytime indulgences, Organic Mini Ultra-Thin Pizza Crusts from Good & Gather™ are perfectly sized for creating miniature pizzas with all your favorite toppings. These ultra-thin pizza crusts are great to have as a side to a lunch or part of a make-your-own-pizza party with their small size that's ready to top and bake. Keep it classic with a Margherita pizza topped with fresh basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes, or go for a meat lover's option with Italian sausage, ground beef, Genoa salami and a medley of cheeses with your favorite red sauce. The reclosable bag helps the crusts maintain their freshness in case of any leftovers.
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400˚F. Remove and discard freshness pack. Place pizza crusts on baking sheet.
2. Spread sauce on crusts and top with your favorite ingredients.
3. Bake on center oven rack for 8 to 12 minutes or until hot throughout and crusts are golden brown.
Oven temperatures may vary; adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Tip
For a crisper crust, bake pizzas directly on oven rack.
Storage
Refrigerate after opening.

Was a great thin crust for $5, used to be less but I accepted the increase. Recently, they increased the price to $5.79. Ridiculous. Won’t purchase again until they lower the price. My family are wheat farmers in Montana. Wheat is worth nothing right now so who is profiting off these huge increases?

The pizza crust was tasty enough, but it wasn’t filling. So, you end up eating more. Our family makes this as an healthier alternative when we need a quicker dinner. I woke up in the early morning absolutely starving. I wish this was offered with a thicker crust option.

I have tried these pizza crust a couple times and set to about 380 in oven for 10 minutes and came out fine did not break up.just add your veggies little cheese and pizza sauce and you will have a decent dinner you can enjoy. The price is pretty fair on these crust as well.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. Tried this on a primo pizza pan (that has ventilation holes in it) NEVER got crisp. Tried the 2nd one, put it in oven w/o toppings for 5 min (no pan) before adding toppings and putting it back in the oven. STILL did not get crisp. Went razor thin on sauce, still not crispy. Okay, that issue aside? It tastes like kindergarten paste, it's overpriced, they are difficult to get home without them cracking and splitting. For the life of me I cannot understand all the 4 star ratings. If you want a nice, thin, low carb lil individual pizza? Put a tortilla in the oven and keep an eye on it, flipping as it browns. Take it out, add toppings, pop it in the microwave until the cheese melts on your toppings. Tastes 1000x better and gets crisp and crunchy. ;)
