[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this shampoo, the Oribe Hair Alchemy Resilience Shampoo), and I'll start by saying the packaging is gorgeous, totally luxurious and looks high-end! The scent is also incredible, easily a 9/10; it smells totally perfumey, just how I like it. However, the performance was a letdown. While it cleans my hair well, it consistently leaves it feeling dry and thirsty. For the price, which suggests top-tier quality, I just don't think the formula delivers enough value, especially since there are better options out there. They nail the aesthetic, but the actual shampoo needs an upgrade to justify the cost.

Seriously healing my hair. I had awful hairdresser experiences one after another. This shampoo and conditioner is making my colored and damaged hair strands smoother and shinier with some bonding and strengthening qualities I didn't even hope for. I have always been a fan of Oribe, loved the amazing product quality and the signature scent but I had good hair and not a lot was needed, now I can really enjoy a little help from a great product. Just have to say it, I am Oribe obsessed 🤩

I used it alongside the fortifying serum. I was so excited to try this brand finally and sadly I was super disappointed. I didn't really feel a difference or improvement in my hair after a few washes - though they promise results after just one use. The packaging is nice, that's about the best I can say about it. Lastly the smell - it's not heavily scented but I can't really put my finger on the smell -- it's all the unpleasant parts of old school perfume without all the aldehyde... or maybe like old pressed makeup - iris and crayons... deeply unpleasant.

From the bottle, scent to the effectiveness, you'll be set and never want to use anything else. It may be a bit pricey, but I think it's worth every penny! I've used so many brands and over all this one has gotten the job done and MORE without smelling bad. Most effective shampoos don't smell great. This one is smells great and actually works! My hair has felt pretty soft while using it and seems like it has helped strengthen my hair a little bit. I’ve noticed less hair loss in the shower when washing my hair andddd no broken strands falling out of my hairbrush. Well at least not near as much as before. It lathers up decently well. It is fragranced but it is t overwhelming. The packaging is nice. Simplistic bit still nice. I wouldn’t mind continuing to use this brand and trying others of their hair care line.
