Oribe Unisex Moisturizing Shine Smooths And Softens Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil 1.7oz

I am 36 years old, have never dyed my hair, and was not asked or incentivized by Oribe to write this review. I waited to share my thoughts until I had used this Oribe trio for about three months: the Hair Alchemy Fortifying Treatment Serum, the Supershine Moisturizing Cream, and the Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil. I wanted to be sure the results were real, especially given the price, and they are absolutely worth every penny. I have used Oribe’s Maximista Thickening Spray for years, and now I start applying the Hair Alchemy Fortifying Treatment Serum and the Supershine Moisturizing Cream once my hair is no longer soaking wet, just damp. Then I layer on the Maximista Thickening Spray before styling with my Dyson Airwrap. Once my hair is styled, I finish with a few drops of the Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil for extra shine and softness. My hair is thin but wavy, and this routine has completely changed how it looks and feels. It is the healthiest and longest it has been in years, and I finally feel confident growing it out. People constantly ask if I am taking Nutrafol (I am not). My hair is smoother, fuller, and glossier than ever, and it smells incredible. These products have turned doing my hair into a true luxury self care ritual.

I will never need a different hair oil! One tiny pump is enough for my hair (below my shoulders) and it refines my hair and takes away frizz without weighing it down.

Great on wet hair. Helps soften my curls when needed, but be careful on applying too much.

I've lived a lot of years as a curly-headed white girl, and no one ever suggested that I try your product. Once I did, I was astounded. For the first time in my life, my frizz is GONE. My curls are defined and lustrous and I do not fear humidity. At last I am happy with my hair.

The oil really helps my hair. After dying it blond and bleaching my hair 5 times, my hair was very frizzy. This oil helped repair it back to manageable texture.

There is not a great deal to say about this product except it is simply the best I have found anywhere. I live in a desert and need a great deal of restorative products and this is a key product for me. Expensive? I suppose maybe so. Worth it? Definitely.

The scent alone is worth the purchase: it’s that signature Oribe fragrance that feels like a high-end perfume for your hair—subtle, sophisticated, and long-lasting.

I’ve used several Oribe products over the years. This oil is the first one I’ve truly been disappointed in. I’ve applied after cleansing and condition conditioning to both Dry and towel dried here, and I don’t find it to be very moisturizing at all. Certainly not moisturizing to the extent that you would expect an oil to moisturize. Will not purchase again.

Made my hair really soft. A little bit of product goes a long way. I have switched out through a few of the Oribe products, and this is one of my favorites.

It was okay. The oil itself works like a 9/10, very worth it. It makes my hair very shiny, but I was expecting more for the scent. It smells like your average cleaning spray, with that drugstore aura instead of the chemichals. It's not bad, but I just was expecting more. Also, the packaging is a big thing. I get that it should be plastic so when it falls, it doesn't break, but the nozzle is just so cheap and unsightly.
