    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a family of 6, I buy a lot of lunch meat. Usually I buy deli meat from the deli fresh cut. It product is about Half the cost of deli meat so I was excited to try it out. My husband, my teen son and I tried it. As mentioned the cost wasn’t bad for the amount of cuts and weight vs deli sliced. We all agreed the appearance wasn’t that appealing just from the package. It has a paler look unlike fresh deli hams. Mainly because its pressed chopped ham was our guess. The ingredients are what you would expect from packaged sandwich meat What got me was the feel of it. It has a slimy and wet texture that I did not like at all. I even double checked the date and it was complete sealed when purchased. As for the flavor it was not amazing but not bad either. I did not notice any specific smell or after taste. What I didn’t like mainly was the packaging. It did not reseal well at all. It was dripping juices out when I went to put it away. So I ended up putting it in a baggy to refrigerate it. I feel like with packaging like this had it would reseal better. I likely wont purchase it again but its a decent quick and lower cost option.

    Reminds me more of bologna

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trust this brand name and enjoy a lot of their products. This one was okay for me. It tasted more like bologna than ham, in my opinion. Same with the texture, reminded me of bologna. The packaging is hard to keep it fresh, so you have to put it in a plastic baggy which is more work and cost than just putting a plastic lid back on or zipping the container it comes in. I do like the square shape. It fits the bread perfectly. Good price as well. I probably won't pick this out at the store in the future, but it wasn't bad.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually pretty good quality of ham bologna for a sandwich, just add your other necessities that you’d like on your sandwich and bam you’ve got one tasty sandwich going on. The ham is very flavorful and my picky eaters loved it! Packaging isn’t that bad either but I prefer to put it in a ziploc bag to keep it fresher, just always been that way.
