Overpriced. But the same thing for a lot less
Decent case. Not much better than much cheaper ones. Otter box used to be above any other cases but now they are pretty much exactly the same as cases that cost significantly less. I bought this online to replace a cheaper one, not realizing that it was basically the same thing. Seriously, hold otter box accountable. Don’t buy their cases until they upgrade the quality or significantly drop the prices.

Disapointed
I replaced the glass cover however the top part is not sticking properly and now the case itself is loose by the volume controls. I'm very disappointed in this product. I have always been a big Otterbox supporter until now.

When applying the Alpha Glass to your device we recommend allowing it to sit undisturbed, preferably overnight, to ensure everything adheres properly. Already broken
I just got this screen protector a week ago and it’s already broken. I’ve dropped my phone once.

Worst purchase ever
The day after I put it on my phone I notice it had two cracks in it. I didn’t drop my phone or anything.

Instructions not so much
There were zero instructions to install case or glass for front. Attempts to contact got sales rep who said sorry sales only. Glass not on great.

Not sure
I bought otter thinking it was the best but not even 1 week of have it on my phone and I well promise I did not drop it I noticed it was cracked. Ordered another one gonna see how the second one goes hopefully last longer then a week

Excellent Purchase
I'm a looooong user of the otterbox products and lo and behold I buy a an iPhone 12! (WAAAAAY too much money for a phone but I took the plunge). I protected it with this amazing screen protector and two weeks into my ownership my phone dropped !!! And the screen Cracked in two in a V shape from the front camera (or so I thought) I took it to iPhone repair and the technition asked can he remove the protector to inspect the damage. And there was NONE!!!! FANTASTIC. It was the protector that cracked!!!! It did exactly what it was designed to do. I was soooo relieved and thrilled. OTTERBOX you have a customer for as long as your company exists. Side note all my pervious iPhones have been otterbox protected and they're all mint. The 5s the 6plus and 7 plus. BRAVO OTTERBOX!

Tradition continues
This is my 2nd Otterbox case. First was 4 years ago with iPhoneX. My new one is for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The original iPhone and Otterbox case are still is in great shape, even though it has been dropped many times. Reason for Otterbox? Rugged, Rugged, Rugged!

Alpha Glass
I've used this for a month now, installing is a challenge in trying to get the glass to lay flat without an air pocket. Mine still has an upper and lower air pocket but it doesn't seem to impede the phone operation (hence the 4 rating). I've always been really happy with Otterbox products and have used them for many years.

A great purchase
I’ve been a longtime customer of otterbox, I’ve found that the durability of the case protects the phone more than any others. I’ve always gotten the defender series, and i just upgraded to the newest iPhone that is shatter resistant, and reviews said they scratch easy, so I immediately began looking for a glass screen protector and found this one. I’ve read some reviews left, and I do not understand how there is confusion. They make the application fool proof and have paper instructions along with a link on how to apply. I was nervous about air bubbles but didn’t get a singe one on my screen. My advice to people is to make sure your screen is spotless before application! Hopefully this protector lasts!

Cracked within a week....
The installation of the glass was perfect, which is why I am giving this one star. But I did manage to drop my phone (with an otter box protective case on the phone as well) and the screen protector cracked straight through the screen. For the price, this should not happen! Extremely disappointed.
