Anyone who says they have installed this easily and with no bubbles is lying and its a fake review. Im VERY picky about my screen protectors and i cant deal with a single bubble and i havent for the past 10 years. 45 minutes and 4 screen protectors later, i was unable to get a single 1 on with no bubbles around the camera and on the bottom. The regret is real.....

I bought this because of online reviews from tech websites,plus the great products I have gotten from otterbox. My original screen protector was not good anymore so I bought this screen protector. I followed the instructions very carefully and the finished product wasn't as great as I expected. The edges and corners have small bubbles, and didn't seal very well along the edges of the screen. This is the second one I have purchased and both did the same thing 1 galaxy s10plus and 1 galaxy s10. I have to keep going over it with the smoothing tool that was provided along with a credit card and still can't get and even seal.

I bought this to keep a teens phone intact. However, 3 days after installing it, the darn thing is lifting 1/2 way off the screen. I had to totally remove it because she couldn't use the phone like that. Yes I followed the instructions to the T. Step by step.

Top of glass fails to adhere due to interference

Overall, the glass works well. But my Defender case pushes down on the top portion so that it won't stay adhered. I followed the directions and used the alignment tool provided. I've installed this type of glass on other phones with different cases, but it seems like either the glass us just slightly too long, or the Defender case may not have taken installing a glass into account.

I followed the instructions exactly, but still had tiny bubbles when I first applied the screen protector. And since then it has been getting larger bubbles appearing along all the edges that I have to constantly check for and smooth out

I purchased the flex screen protector, when I realized that most Otterbox covers no longer come with a screen protector. Although, the one that I bought has a nice, leather cover that folds over the screen, I did not want to leave anything to chance. I am happy with the overall protection offered by both products.

I was happy when I first bought the screen protector, followed the instructions for installation. And within 2 days it’s peeling up on all edges in my S10. Not happy since it was a bit expensive

the corner came cracked, possibly due to shipping crushing it, the package came crushed. The edges wont stay layed down. But ive dropped it a few times already and no damage to the phone only my case and screen protector.

First off I am a long time Otter Box customer and have always loved your products. I have installed the Flex Screen Protectors on multiple Samsung phones I have owned and have never had an issue until now. I followed the instructions to the letter but the protector would not adhere to the phone at the very top of the screen. There is about a 1/4 at the top that is raised and will not stick. For know I am using it as some protection is better that none but the front facing camera is useless as the adhesive is picking up lint and dirt around the opening for the camera.

Preferred the Alpha Glass on S9

This version of the Alpha glass and it's application is very difficult compared to the Alpha glass for the S9. It is difficult to attach and when I put back my Defender on my phone it causes bubbles that cannot be removed. I am on my 2nd one and still have bubbles on the top corners. Otherwise a good product.

I have used Otterbox products for years and I always will! They are well made, strong products that I have never had an issue with. I just received my new case, screen protector and my car holder. Well worth the money, they have never disappointed me.
