screen came right off within a week, not compatible with otter box case

Expensive for a thin piece of plastic. Not like the older ones.

I have had a Otterbox on all my previous phones. My current phone got oil on it. It softened the rubber around the edges, and ruined the case over a few months. So, I replaced it, and the hardened glass screen. So far... this phone has never had to have the screen replaced, due to the Otterbox and hardened glass screen protecting it.

The screen protector works!!! It appeared that the screen was cracked, but was only the protector.

Not a horrible product. It does when it's supposed to do with screen protecting. Its userfriendliness is not the greatest. When trying to move my figure across the screen it provides resistance. Also when applying it to my phone screen it was difficult to remove the air bubbles at the edges due to the texture of the screen protector. Trying to get rid of the bubbles ended up making them worse. Would not recommend for the money.

I was very skeptical on whether to buy this or not based on the reviews. However if you watch an official How-to video on YouTube for Alpha Screens & Samsung devices, it will work as intended. Did not have any issues. Only thing is the hole on the screen protector kind of off and not completely lined up with the actual punchhole camera... it's barely noticeable though.

What a waste of my $. Installation instructions and the reality were quite different. By the time I understood how the film separated from the backing, it had bunched up and stuck onto itself. Not worth the trouble, and CERTAINLY not the cost.

I have tried 3 separate times to put one on. New one everytime. For being so expensive it should work with the case. It does not. It bubbles like crazy only after a couple weeks of using it.

Bought this with a Otterbox case for samsung s10e. Once installed case hits protector at bottom and causes the protector to come off of phone. Had to trim protector to make it somewhat work. Needs to be different (shorted at bottom)for Otterbox case.

Bought the screen protector for a new phone. Followed the instructions for cleaning (wipe, lint remover, application card/squeegee) to the letter. Let it sit on the counter for 10 min and put on the Otterbox cover. Within two hours the flex screen was peeling in the bottom corners. After a few weeks it's pretty much peeling all the way around. Very disappointing product especially for the money

So I bought this incredibly expensive screen protector. Follow the instructions exactly and the protector is probably just the tiniest fraction of a millimeter not quite right so whenever I try to drag things down from the top of my screen my finger kind of scrapes against the edge. Additionally I feel like I have the really jam my finger against the screen repeatedly to get a response. I will admit I have very cold fingers, but I didn't even anticipate this being an issue.

The price may be a little high but the quality, fitment, and durability are all on point. If i ever have to get another screen protector im going for the Alpha Flex.

I have recently ordered a defender series case and alpha flex glass for a Samsung S10E. Upon putting the flex glass on to the screen in which I followed the video to a tee(even tho I have done this several times for others and my own Apple devices)when I put the case on ultimately it begins to bubble up at the bottom of the phone screen and slowly works its bubbling way up.I took the case off and smoothed over the flex glass again.Gave it the 24 Hrs as recommend by the video and still the same problem.this was multiple attempts both ways.It stays Smooth a no bubbling issue without the case.Once the case gets put on its a problem.What should I do? Return, get a new one and try again or should I just get money back? Please advise. Thank you so much and you and your family stay safe.

I have purchased similar products in the past, from other companies, but this is the easiest to install. The fail proof kit allows you to install the protector flawlessly the first time. Thank you, Otterbox

I have had this screen protector on my phone for about 2 weeks now and I am just about ready to pull it off. I thought I would give a decent try out first. Sometimes the screen responds and others I have to give up. When I have finished talking to someone the screen stays blank like when it is against your ear and can take a while to respond again.

Bought it to be delivered at the same time as my phone and it litterally doesn't fit in the screenless edition defender case

I love my otterbox defender but there was no screen protector with it. I purchased one at the store that lifted and did not work. I then went to purchase the exact one for this phone. Very good quality. I was impressed with the fail safe application instructions and tools. In the end my screen still lifts when I put the defender case on sigh.

Easy to install, does the job well and looks invisible. I had to put it on twice to align it properly and you can't even tell.
