Needs template
These do not include the template to place it to your screen. placing it using the existing case doesn’t help too much because the tolerances for setting the edges just right are very slim. For this price the package should include this piece. my edges now have a small gap which will surely be enough to start it on the path to separating as dust works it’s way in.

Best case for your phone…period
This is my second case for my IPhone (I get a lot of life from my phones). Case is the best protection for your phone beyond leaving it in bubble wrap inside the box. Money well spent. Shipping is slow so be patient.

OtterBox Stood behind My Alpha Glass
Difficult to apply. Messed it up the first time. Otter send another on warranty. Friend with lots of experience putting on screen shields placed new one on for me. She commented that it wasn't easy to put on, but that it was a good one. And it is a superior screen shield -- thick and clear, and I feel that my phone is protected

Disappointed
I purchased this 3 weeks ago and am very disappointed in the fit of the case and the difficulty to text with this glass cover. I can not recommend this product. First time, that I have not been pleased with an Otter box product.

Phone Saver for sure!!
I love this product. The screen protector, which I use in addition to an Otterbox case, has undoubtedly saved my phone from damage. I accidentally flung my phone onto a footpath the other week, and there was no visible damage thanks to Otterbox! Would highly recommend, definitely worth the purchase.

Horrible halo
Out of all the screen protectors I’ve ever bought for my iPhones this one was the worst at sealing around the edges. Every single side has 1/8 to 1/4in unsealed on the phones screen.

Does not stick to the screen at edges
On iPhone SE 2nd gen alpha glass does not stick to screen at edges. Possibly due to 1) slight curvature of iPhone screen and 2) stiffness of Otterbox Alpha screen. Solution: Alpha glass should have convex profile to adhere to curvature of iPhone screen.

Mixed feelings
I spilt some water on the cover and it became unusable, I had to remove the cover clean it thoroughly and the put it back on before I could use the touch screen again.
