I bought this about 3 weeks ago, this is the second one I’ve had. The first one lasted over 5 years and I’m talking brutal treatment. I work on cars had it in my back pocket on the creeper next thing I know it’s hung up under the creeper. Totally tore the rubber part off the case and dropped the phone and it didn’t break. When I took my phone out of the old case it still looked new. This is the only case that I will ever buy.

I got me one & I liked it so much I got my mom one as well. My phone feels protected. Great product. Only complaint is... my mom was not able to find a screen protector for her kind of phone. (Galaxy S10 Note) Therefore she had to buy a screen protector from somewhere else. Other than that everything was great and shipping was fast!

I bought the alpha glass along with a defender case. The case didnt work as you sent me the wrong one. I only installed the alpha glass but it only lasted a few days after accidentally dropping the phone. It fell only a couple of feet from the floor and the impact was on a corner where the alpha glass cracked and I removed completely. I believe that if I had the phone cover installed, the glass would have not cracked as the corners of the phone are protected by the defender cover.

I have been using the Alpha Glass for about a month along with the defender case. I've dropped my phone twice from standing height and so far so good. The screen looks great and is very sensitive to my touch when I want to use my phone. I found it simple and fast to install. Over all -- very good!

Easy to apply. Great warranty coverage. The edge of my protector delaminated. Do not recall a drop on the edge. Either way I placed warranty claim and the screen is being replaced. Very happy with the purchase.
