Eh not great but cute
It’s supposed to be MagSafe case, but the magnetic pop socket doesn’t really stay on it. I might have to put the adhesive on it which kind of defeats the purpose. We’ll see how long it takes for the gray rubber parts to stretch out too. Stretched out on my last one of this kind too.

Terrible!!!
Just look at the photos. I have had many phones and many cases that are inferior to what Otterbox ones are supposed to be. Since the case was intact, I was shocked to see how damaged my phone is.

Falling apart
After years of buying Otterbox cases, I’m done. As other reviewers said, the rubber rim is completely coming apart after a few months. I almost never take my case off the phone but the case is falling apart.

Not worth the price
I bought this case a little over 6 months ago. The rubber rim around the edge of the case is peeling off of the plastic part and is about to fall apart. The rubber piece around the volume buttons are warped out of place as well (see picture).

Will not protect phone.
Did to protect back of phone from shattering. Phone fell of kitchen table onto tile and the whole back shattered while the case was on. Very disappointing.

Not worth the price
Pursued this case based on the one I have used for past iPhones. This one feels cheap and cut outs for the charger cable is sharp. Makes holding the case uncomfortable. Overall feel of the case is like cheap plastic. I’ve not dropped my phone yet, but fear if I do drop it the iPhone my become damaged. Not what I would expect from Otterbox.

Durable case
This case is VERY durable. I work at a warehouse and dropped my phone out of my pocket from 30+ feet onto concrete and it didn’t have any damage or a single crack! I was very impressed and won’t choose anything but otterbox from now on

Disappointed in Target customer service
While I really like this product, I bought an otterbox case because of their warranty that replaces your case once it’s been scratched up or the paint is peeling. I love the look of this color, but the paint has been chipping. I called otterbox to replace my case per usual and they wouldn’t because it was a target exclusive color :( target refused to help too so I’m stuck with a case that’s peeling when I paid more for that never to happen.

Held the pieces in.
I have own several Otterbox cases. I purchased my current symmetry case almost exactly one year ago with my Iphone 13. My phone has never been outside the case from day one. I do drop my phone often but never from higher than my hands standing on the ground. This case claims to be shock proof up to 3 meters. I pulled the case off for the first time to replace the screen protector and to my surprise, the back of the phone was completely shattered. No a scratch on the case. Obviously the case is not shock proof to 3 meters. There is no other damage to the phone other than what is shown in the picture. No damage to the Otterbox case indicating there was not a hard impact. The only thing this case did was hold the shattered pieces in that literally fell out when I took the case off.

NOT TRUE MAGSAFE
This case states that is is MagSafe compatible, but it’s not. You can use a MagSafe charger with it but it falls right off if you even breathe wrong on it. The case is also far lower quality than I remember otter box ever being. Don’t get tricked like I was. According to otter box in order to get true MagSafe compatibility you have to get the symmetry+ series.

Apologies for the confusion prior to purchase, but you are correct that this specific Symmetry Series case does not have any magnetic components that would help facilitate a "locking" connection with Apple's MagSafe accessories. Don't buy - Complete change in quality!
I've used symmetry Otterbox products for 6 years and this has seriously disappointed me. The plastic is so hard and there's no rubber edging any more on the outside of the case. Honestly, this product feels like something from a massive bargain bin at a store, that you go through because you don't care about the protection of your phone you just want it to be pretty. Sadly I will not be a customer of Otterbox anymore Below I've attached a photo of my old phone case EXTREMLY worn out with the new one (Purple). I use to love the quality of these products and the warranty's on them but not any more. You can see there is NO rubber backing on the new case and the new case is such a hard plastic it clicks when you use the buttons, and buckles on the back like its to big or something. I would've used the warranty to replace my old case but I knew I was upgrading my phone. Good bye Otterbox
