Poorly made
Ordered online from Target and received a case that was very clearly used. The case was dirty and scratched. The bottom of the case had cracked and separated from the back portion as well. Based on the condition of the used case, there was no way I'd purchase a brand new one of this model; it doesn't seem to be a well-made product.

Worst case ever
The case turns yellow and gets warped when your phone is taken out of the case too much. I dropped my phone and the back screen broke with the case on!!!

Would give this a zero! Bought this case and phone dropped out of my hand less than 2 feet and the back screen cracked. Worst case ever! Suppose to protect our phones…. Case was pricey and worthless! Had always bought otter box…. This has changed my all my future purchases! I read in previous reviews that they will replace the case…. lol a bit too late since your case didn’t protect my phone in the first place.

Don’t recommend
Do not recommend. Phone dropped off of a table and the back is completely shattered. Luckily I have been paying for phone insurance but highly disappointed that I spent this much on a phone case and it didn’t protect it.

Worst product ever and from the reviews they won’t replace your phone just will give you a new phone case even though that’s not was broken. Dropped it from 30.5 inches at work when I missed the desk by accident that was only the 2nd drop I’ve had with this phone!!! The 4ft to 78x shockproof information isn’t true. Can’t believe I was recommended this brand!
