OtterBox Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max Symmetry Series Case with MagSafe - Clear

Got the pink stardust one and it’s cute! opted for this color because the clear usually gets yellowed/discolored after a bit.

It's not the same Symmetry case I had on my last five iPhones. Plus, I was not too fond of the cutout for the camera button. I returned the case, and I am looking for something else.

Superior feel, functionality, and aesthetics. The fit and ease of in & out of pocket retrieval as well as protection are superb.

I love the color of my case. However I don’t love how slippery it is, meaning it’s so shiny, that it feels slippery. So it does slip a lot.

Did not like this at all, returned it. Have used exclusively otterbox cases for over a decade but the cutout for the new camera button on this one really is an issue. The phone is completely unprotected in that area and overall it's uncomfortable to hold like that. Strongly recommend these guys change this setup.

It’s nice, I trusted otter box with this case with my last phone for the last 3 years. So I hope this case holds up just as good, if not better. But one thing that really bothers me is the big ugly mag safe ring. I chose the clear case to see my phone and the stickers I put on the back, but the mag safe ring is very intrusive and in the way, and I don’t like the technology either… so I will never have a use for this mag safe ring and it’s just ruining the design. I wish they offered a clear case without the ring.

It works. I dropped my phone face down on a hard surface and it was fine, but there's this little part at the new button area that is open so the edge just kept getting caught on everything. My pocket, my purse, my wallet, my cup holder in my car. I already replaced it.

Was not impressed with the quality of the case. It is definitely not the same quality as the one I bought for 14 pro max.

I purchased this case because the Defender case I originally purchased would not charge on the MagSafe charger in my car. The Defender had a raised rim around the cameras that lifted the case up and prevented contact with the MagSafe.

Sleek and protective case to keep my new iPhone slim and not bulky yet great protection.

Overall, good protective case magnets could be better

Hard case will probably protect the phone but I thought it was going to be a silicone case with a nicer feeling surface. I will replace it with a silicone case as soon as I find one.

I have been a loyal Otterbox fan for a very long time. I loved the look and feel of this case when I got it. As I used it I noticed a lot of dust getting inside the case because of the cut out for the camera button. I also noticed that it started changing colors. It was clear and after a couple of weeks it started turning red. Very strange.

The OtterBox Symmetry iPhone case delivers excellent protection. It feels solid and well-made, offering great drop resistance with raised bezels around both the screen and camera. I appreciate how the design balances protection without adding unnecessary bulk—it’s surprisingly slim for such a durable case. The fit is precise, with all the cutouts perfectly aligned, and the buttons remain responsive under the case. It also has a nice grip, making the phone easier to hold. Plus, it works flawlessly with wireless chargers, which is a huge convenience. While the performance and design are impressive, the price feels hard to justify in today’s market. It’s undeniably a great case, but at this cost, I expected a bit more value or innovation.

Have had many OB cases in the past. Was worried about how this would feel and the potential for slipping out of my hands. Needless to say, OB delivered! Love this case. I’m still surprised, though that they removed the imprinted “OtterBox” name at the bottom (?)

The case is light weight, durable, and not bulky which is great. It has really good quality and is very protective. The case also has a certain texture which is great because the case is not slippery and stays put in your pocket. I have bought many otter box cases over the years because of its great durability.
